Because there is no better way to celebrate Cardiff Cocktail Week than sipping a cheeky mojito, margarita or cosmopolitan?

As the Welsh capital embraces itself for Cardiff Cocktail Week (Monday, April 18 until Monday, April 25) we’ve selected 15 of the best cocktails you definitely need to try.

Whether you love a gin-based Tom Collins or a vodka-enthused screwdriver, we’ve highlighted (in no particular order) some of the tasty boozy mixes around Cardiff.

Singapore Sling

A classic with Bombay Sapphire, Bols cherry brandy, Benedictine, Cointreau, pineapple juice, drizzled with grenadine.

Espresso Martini

A martini with a kick! Made with a shot of expresso, Stolichnaya vanilla vodka, Kahlua and sugar to taste. If you can’t function without an evening coffee, this one could be for you.
